Title: Client Engagement Specialist

Location: Belgrade, SRB

Work dynamic / shifts: Monday - Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM (Belgrade time)

Grade: 10

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for resolving complex situations and problems with a customer first focus with an elevated attention, care and follow-through.

  • Find solutions to deliver contract expectations while building customer relationship and satisfaction managing processes with a sense of diplomacy between departments and infrastructure operations.

  • Become a single point of contact and liaison for customer engagement specifically working with senior manager, director, VP and Executive roles.

  • Design and own KPI associated to client success and shape technical aspects while optimizing the business operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent English skills - both written and spoken

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a disciplined approach to producing clear and concise written documentation of incidents.

  • A problems solver's mentality comfortable pressing internal and external support resources and processes for urgent action.

  • A program manager like focus with a bias towards driving consensus on actionable next steps while ensuring resource alignment.

  • Comfortable driving overall escalation management for the lifecycle of the incident.

  • Operate as bridge between helpdesk, field, and logistics to reach resolutions outside of normal channels.

  • Execute with a clear understanding of the NCR Voyix/Walmart SLA targets and overall contract expectations.

  • Maintains an eye towards documentation of process improvement and constant learning.
