Position: Project/Program Manager ILocation: Belgrade, SRB (Remote)Grade: 10The Project Manager plans, schedules, monitors, evaluates and directs projects to ensure a complete business solution is implemented. The Project Manager serves as part of the Project Management team and plays a supporting role on client engagements and may be fully responsible for leading a large project or a portfolio of small projects. The Project Manager produces a project plan based on the Global PM Project Management methodology for executing the project. The Project Manager manages NCR and third-party contracts as needed; ensuring projects meet established time, cost and technical objectives. The Project Manager develops and manages the project’s change control procedures and effectively utilizes all available methodologies and tools, culminating in client acceptance of results. The Project Manager conducts project progress reviews with client and account team personnel, providing contingency and problem resolution plans as required.
Travel: Up to 5% non-local domestic travel may be required
Reporting: The position will report to NCR Services Retail Deployment Services.
Working hours: 02.00pm to 10.00pm (CET)
Responsibilities and Competencies:
Management & oversight of mid to large scale projects and accountability for their overall success
Schedule, scope, and budget management
Forecasting, budgeting, and financial management of resources to include internal, vendor, and equipment
Database oversight and mgmt.
Customer relationship mgmt. to include weekly cadences, reporting, and fielding any ad-hoc requests
Stakeholder management
Mentoring and coaching of team members
Equipment mgmt.
Project risk and issues tracking and mgmt.
Quality control of deliverables
Cross-functional team oversight to include internal and external parties
Delegation of responsibilities where applicable to project support teams
Cross-team escalation management

Skills, Education, and Background
Minimum of 5 years in a Project Management role to include fast-paced, high volume, high impact, complex and strategically important customer facing projects required (deployment experience highly preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Oracle, EMP and Microsoft Excel
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or project related certification (preferred) or proven project experience
Financial Industry knowledge or Retail POS system knowledge preferred
Ability to adapt to change as business needs require
