Key Areas of Responsibility and Qualifications:
The Configuration Analyst is responsible for providing technical services and processes to meet client needs. The position involves daily interaction with clients and team members to execute service delivery and to address any issues and concerns.
New hire will provide configuration services in multiple NCR software applications; Configuration Center, NCR Back Office, Aloha Online Ordering, Order Point, Vital Cast on Center and NBO for NCR’s Aloha product suite, including Aloha Quick Service and Aloha Table Service.
Fluent in English. Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Additional languages beneficial; Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, and German.
Previous IT experience is required, preferably in database management or similar IT job experience.
Will execute configuration changes to Aloha products in response to new client promotions, pricing changes, or other updates that directly affect the in-store operation of the Point-of-Sale system.
Will execute configuration changes to software in response to a client’s supply-chain or labor-management related updates.
Serve as subject matter expert to clients and team members with respect to their given Aloha solution, its configuration, and its implementation.
Troubleshoot issues that arise from clients and other team members and escalate appropriately.
Maintain responsibility for the execution of project plans.
Be able to work in a diverse team including individuals in other countries, of various technical and process skill levels.
Will work with assigned clients.
Must be able to work in a high demand environment.
Must be able to use critical thinking to resolve issues that are undocumented.
Be able to prioritize work according to our SLA and level of urgency.
Serve as a backfill for other team members during peak times or when staff availability is minimal.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
The work hours after the completion of training will be assigned dependent on the client assignment. Shifts vary, and some begin at 9:00am local time.
