Job Title: Customer Project Coordinator

Grade: 10

The Customer Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience. This role involves collaboration with customers, internal teams, and vendors to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage projects focused on improving customer experience.

  • Validate project plans and schedules, incorporating customer-requested changes.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.

Customer Engagement:

  • Work closely with customers to obtain acceptance of project deliverables.

  • Manage customer satisfaction during project transitions.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, leading scope definition and expectation setting.

Team Coordination:

  • Manage virtual teams to address customer issues promptly.

  • Coordinate post-startup activities, including data gathering and resource identification.

Sales Support:

  • Provide customer-facing sales support throughout the sales process and contract lifecycle management.

  • Assist in contract renewal negotiations, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.

  • Lead reviews to identify process and system gaps in Service Order Management.

  • Implement global processes for revenue recognition in line with local requirements.

Training and Mentorship:

  • Mentor and train new team members on project management and sales support functions.

Must-Haves:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle diverse problems.

  • Excellent analytical skills to assess project performance and customer needs.

  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and expectations effectively.

  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 0-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and contract lifecycle management.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

  • Experience in data collection and analysis.
