We are looking for an experienced individual with engineering, go-to-market and business development background to join our growing Product Management Group. This individual will be working across our development, marketing and sales teams, to redefine how Financial Institutions are building customer experiences across channels. With our breadth of Digital Banking, Self-Service and Branch Transformation portfolio of solutions you will be changing the way consumers do their banking.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU CAN EXPECT TO….

Be responsible for defining our strategic market direction and the coordinated delivery of solutions into these strategic markets. You will be a leader in driving partnerships with both internal to NCR Voyix Digital First Banking (SW, Services LoB’s) and with external organizations that can extend our solution capabilities. Your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and own the strategic market vision and solutions roadmap for one of NCR Voyix’s initiatives within our Digital First Banking portfolio of products.

  • Develop and prioritize market features based upon market analysis and strategic customer engagements.

  • Conduct market, competitive, and voice-of-the-customer analyses to determine market winning strategies that fit NCR Voyix’s strategic direction.

  • Develop & review product business cases in collaboration with other Product Managers and our Executive Leadership

  • Jointly lead solution realization teams to drive offers to market across the different NCR Voyix functional lines of business (HW, SW, Support, Admin)

  • Lead prototyping, customer use case development, and product specifications development, and work with System Architects to facilitate architecture decisions, with guidance and input from Industry and Enterprise Architects

  • Define release strategies and communicate with Engineering including Product Owners, Architects, and Agile teams

  • Develop release criteria to meet Definition of solution availability

  • Work with Marketing and Sales to develop revenue and target market plans that are aligned with our strategic market initiatives

  • Track solution revenue, gross margin and contribution margin and other key performance metrics for the solution
